1. Responsibility and contact

LATOJO Solutions AB, trading as Lestrup Racing Team, Fagerhultsvägen 2, 438 53 Hindås, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We handle it through this website, Partner Hub and LRT Media Hub. Contact fredrik@lestrupracingteam.se for privacy questions.

If you need this policy in another language or format, ask us and we will provide it.

2. Information we handle

• Enquiries, login-detail requests, newsletter subscriptions and offer forms: information you provide, such as name, email, telephone number, country and message.
• Price-view requests and bookings: selected offer, quantity, extras, ticket delivery and follow-up status.
• Partner and team account details, company or store association and access permissions.
• Media and captions submitted by authorised team members.
• Audience counts: a temporary browser-session identifier, public page path, referring website domain and device category. Our page counter does not record names, contact details, IP addresses or URL query parameters. Hosting providers may separately process technical security logs.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Information is used to answer enquiries, provide requested prices, arrange bookings and partnerships, manage accounts and operate the website. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract.

Account security and proportionate audience reporting support legitimate interests in operating and improving team services. Optional communications rely on consent where required; legally required records rely on legal obligations.

You can request that optional communications stop by contacting us, or use an unsubscribe option where provided.

4. Facebook and Instagram features

The Meta connection is not active yet. LRT Media Hub is being prepared for authorised management of the team's Facebook and Instagram accounts. We update this policy when the permissions actually granted and the features actually enabled differ from what is described here.

Intended uses are to identify selected LRT accounts, publish approved images, videos and captions, and read available account or post statistics. Connection credentials would be used only for authorised operations and kept confidential.

A separately permitted discovery feature may read public profiles, posts, captions and available follower, like or comment counts from approved professional racing-team accounts. It does not provide competitors' private messages, private accounts or private reach statistics; missing data will not be invented.

Approved content and account-management requests would be shared with Meta for these features. This policy does not authorise uploading website enquiry or booking contact details to Meta or enable advertising tracking.

5. Service providers and transfers

Lovable Cloud provides application hosting, account services and storage. An authorised Meta connection would involve Meta's processing under its own terms and privacy policy. Other providers may be involved when additional services are enabled.

Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Security and retention

Access to non-public account, enquiry and booking data is restricted to authorised roles. Credentials must remain confidential.

Data is kept only as long as needed for service delivery, follow-up, security or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Browser storage and external services

Sign-in uses browser storage to maintain your session. Audience reporting uses a session-only identifier and respects the browser's Do Not Track setting. External links and embedded media may involve the relevant platform's data processing.

Advertising tracking or additional non-essential storage would require separate assessment, disclosures and consent where required. This policy does not enable it.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local data protection authority.

9. Policy changes

We update this policy when the services, providers or permissions change. Material changes are reflected here and communicated where required.
